NOTES: 
* Between the Grenadines set and Dead Fingers set, my mics apparently became unplugged. 
  Thus, the first few songs are recorded with the on-board mics on the Edirol, until I notice
  the volume seems uncharacteristically loud for the volume it's set at (the Edirol mics run
  hotter levels than the CSBs). As such, there's a cut out and channel switching as I work to
  plug in the mic jack during the third track.

  I only bothered to EQ AFTER the mic change, as the on-board mics ended up sounding pretty 
  good.
